We use Standard Shipping within Canada through Canada Post. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of your purchase and the distance it needs to travel. Mystic Lotus is not responsible for Canada Post service delays.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. Damage incurred due to shipping will need to be pursued through Canada Post.
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving package.
COVID Return Policy Amendment - Please note due to the ongoing issues with COVID-19 in Canada and with respect to public health orders, we are unable to return any items that have been worn or used by the customer. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odours.
To request a return or discuss issues with an order please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include all identifying information including proof of purchase, as well as any images of damage you can offer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your store credit or store exchange.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
