As a part of a spiritual practice, each sacred bead is hand crafted by gifted artisans using three metals: copper, silver, and brass- these metals are believed to help promote healthy blood flow and circulation.  Copper has long been worn and believed to aid in producing red blood cells and to ease suffering of Arthritis. The hand-crafted Yak bone beads have been naturally hand-dyed in the Himalayas, and are available in three colors. Brown, Red, or White. 
The beads are also inlaid with stone fragments made of coral or turquoise in multi colors to imbue the beads with these qualities as well.
Turquoise is a Power Stone and is believed to strengthen and align the Chakras and cleanse energy centers. In is also often used to help to clear the Mind in preparation for Meditation.
Coral is said to help quiet emotions and bring peace to the Mind, all while helping boost intuition, imagination and visualization.

The yak is a highly prized and beneficial part of the nomadic culture in Tibet, however, yak bone jewelry is typically only made when a Yak dies from natural causes. This is thought to help maintain the spiritual virtue of an animal that provides for its people, even in death. This adjustable mala Bracelet measures approximately 7 to 7.5 inches around when fully tightened and opens to slip on over your wrist. Some Healing Bracelets are elastic and some are cotton corded. All are adjustable to easily slip over your wrist. Please allow us to choose for you as they vary by color and availability.  Beads are slightly variable in size per bracelet due to their loving hand made nature but are on average 8mm beads.  Please wear your bracelet mindfully and with compassion and gratitude in your heart.  It will be a treasure for many years to come.
